Fraudulent Activity Alert

We wish to alert our clients and the public that fraudulent correspondence has been circulated under the name of Guilford Capital Limited.

This correspondence did not originate from us. It was sent by individuals falsely claiming to be Directors of Guilford Capital. These scammers also created a fraudulent website impersonating our company in an attempt to solicit funds.

We do not request funds in this manner, and we strongly advise you not to send any money to these individuals. If you have received any suspicious communication, please disregard it immediately.

What We Have Done:

Reported this fraudulent activity to Action Fraud and the police, who are actively investigating.
Informed the website host, resulting in the fraudulent site being taken down.

Contact And Report any other website reporting to be Guilford Capital Ltd to Action Fraud and FCA (Web: https://www.fca.org.uk/ Tel: 0300 500 8082).
Contact Your Local Police Station if you feel you have been a victim of fraud.
